I just wanted to thank you so much for your passion and dedication to teaching, especially the focus you place on having students learn. I'm a freshman at Princeton now, and I have friends who are struggling in the introductory chemistry course here. Aside from passing on the lessons you taught me, I sent them your website link; they're all staggered by the resources you have available. Remind your students to take advantage of them!
Some of them are even chemistry/chemical engineering majors! We wish we had professors (even at Princeton!) that were half as good at teaching as you are. It's teachers like you that inspire us.

As an alumnus in Ms. Gupta's AP Chemistry class, I have had the distinct pleasure of having known her since 2008. I have been her student in AP Chemistry and Chemistry Honors. After taking up to 12 AP and Honors classes, I can vouch that her classes were the most insightful ones that I looked forward to each day. As a result of Mrs. Gupta's teaching and guidance, not only was I able to earn a perfect score of 5 on the AP Chemistry exam, I also competed nationally in the U.S. Chemistry Olympiad, earning a top 50 national ranking in the competition.
Her way of teaching chemistry made it enjoyable and easy for me to absorb and comprehend the material. At Stanford, the chemistry courses are known to be very challenging. However, thanks to the strong foundation created by her chemistry classes, I was able to excel in all of my college chemistry courses. Mrs. Gupta played an essential role in my success in chemistry, and I fully recommend her chemistry website for all students to peruse and learn from.

My daughter is a senior and has Mrs. Gupta for AP Chemistry. She is an extremely passionate teacher and she makes it her personal goal to have her students learn and succeed. She often asks students for feedback and does not hesitate to spend extra time of her own in creating extra screencasts or lessons if it will make it easier for students to learn. She stays current with the new teaching methodologies and often participates in various teacher conferences. She is motivated, driven and takes pride in teaching."
